1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is prepared, it will be handed over to the carrier for shipment.
2. Delivery Times
We aim for all orders to be delivered within 1 week from the moment of purchase.
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
If you experience issues with tracking, contact us and we’ll assist you.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.

While we aim to deliver within 1 week, delays may occur due to:

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

- Include photos if applicable
