RETURN POLICY

We keep it simple.

If our product does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Before returning your item, please contact us at info@bleachedrenaissance.nl and include your order number so we can process your request correctly.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipment, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

Return the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll help you.

Custom / made-to-order items

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.

Defective items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bleachedrenaissance.nl.
