RETURN POLICY
We keep it simple.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason. We offer a 30-day return window; giving you extra time beyond the legal minimum.
Before returning your item, please contact us at info@bleachedrenaissance.nl and include your order number so we can process your request correctly.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible at info@bleachedrenaissance.nl with your order number.
Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipment, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
Return the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help you.
Custom / made-to-order items
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.
Defective items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bleachedrenaissance.nl.
